ArtwiseLirio is an artist-owned website featuring artwork, illustrations, merchandise, coloring books, and other creative work by Lirio Jimenez.
Products, services, content, and website features may change from time to time. ArtwiseLirio reserves the right to add, modify, discontinue, or remove products, services, content, or features at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. Made-to-Order Merchandise
Many ArtwiseLirio merchandise items are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Because production may begin specifically for your order, cancellation may not always be possible once an order has been released for production or fulfillment.

6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through ArtwiseLirio.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.
An order is not considered accepted until ArtwiseLirio or its applicable payment and fulfillment systems have processed the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when permitted by law, including circumstances involving:

ArtwiseLirio does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on its own website systems.

8. Shipping
ArtwiseLirio currently ships merchandise to the United States and Puerto Rico only.
Shipping availability, processing, fulfillment, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, and issues involving lost or damaged shipments are addressed in our separate Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that stated processing, fulfillment, and transit times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided.
If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, revised shipping information, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged or defective merchandise, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

10. Coloring Books and Other Third-Party Purchases
ArtwiseLirio coloring books are published and sold through Amazon.com rather than directly through ArtwiseLirio.com.
When you follow a coloring-book link from ArtwiseLirio.com to Amazon.com, you leave the ArtwiseLirio website and enter a third-party website.
Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s terms, policies, shipping arrangements, return and refund policies, privacy practices, and customer-service procedures.
ArtwiseLirio is not responsible for transactions, shipping, returns, refunds, privacy practices, or customer-service matters handled directly by Amazon.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, product designs, website content, and other creative materials displayed on ArtwiseLirio.com are owned by or used with permission by ArtwiseLirio and/or Lirio Jimenez.
Your purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the artwork, illustration, design, or other intellectual property incorporated into that product.

This includes using ArtwiseLirio artwork or designs to create derivative products, merchandise, digital files, or other commercial works without authorization.
