Digital Downloads:

  • Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link.

  • Please make sure to download the files within 24 hours, as the link will expire after that time.

  • Digital Downloads are intended for personal use only and are non returnable, or refundable. 

  • Your download print is 8.5"w x 11"h, make sure you have placed paper on your printer.

  • If you encounter any issues with your download please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Physical Products (Merchandise):

  • Our Merchandise is printed specifically for you upon receiving your order, ensuring a personalized experience.

  • American Made Orders have a processing time of 1-2 days, a fulfillment time of 2-5 days and a transit time of 3-5 days.

  • Though most orders are shipped within 3 business days.

  • Please note if experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment might take a little longer. During the holiday season we expect high volumes, and suggest "order before date" for your order to arrive on time. But transit times are not guaranteed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order you will be notified by email.

  • If multiple items were purchased from our website, they might shipp individually from different locations.

  • We encourage you to sign up for the email, So to stay informed about shipments. 

  • Once your merchandise has been shipped, an email notification will be sent to you, including a confirmation order tracking page.  

  • Make note that we offer American Made clothing and French Canadian Made Clothing.

  • French Made Orders have a processing time of 1-2 days, a fulfillment time of 5-10 days and a transit time of 3-10 days. 

  • We Ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. 

  • In May 2023 Shipping prices went up, but will be charged according to the item you have purchased.
